Louis was born on January 12, 1927 in Toronto, Ontario. He enlisted in the Amy in January 1945. He served with the Queen’s Own Rifles during World War II. He was discharged in September 1945 and was awarded the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal. Louis has been a member of Maple Leaf/Swansea Legion Branch 266.
