Major Scott Kerr Bricker, CStJ, C.D, BPHE was born circa 1925, the son of Dr. Calvin D. Bricker, Canadian Olympic champion, and Mabel Kerr.
Scott served as a tail-gunner on a Lancaster bomber with the RCAF in WWll. After the war, he entered the University of Toronto where he earned a BPHE. He re-enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1948, served with the United Nations in Pakistan and India in 1967-68 and retired as a Major in the Queen’s Own Rifle in 1975.
He worked for Alberta Disaster Services until his retirement in 1994. Scott had a passion for reading, travel, bird watching and his family, all of which brought him great happiness throughout his life.
Scott died 29 April 2012 in Alberta.
