Victor F. Billet was born in Toronto, Ontario on December 22, 1924.

He enlisted in the Amy on April 14, 1943 and served with the Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada Militia and with the Highland Light Infantry. He served in France, Belgium and Holland during World War II.

Victor was discharged on March 4, 1946. He was a proud Life Member of Branch 344 (QOR of C).

Victor passed away on September 14, 2013.
