Description
Five rectangular, bronze plaques, identical the Second World War Tablet located at Moss Park Armoury. The first is oriented horizontally and is inscribed “HONOUR ROLL TO THE MEMORY OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE QUEEN’S OWN RIFLES OF CANADA WHO PAID THE SUPREME SACRIFICE IN WORLD WAR 2, 1939-1945” “WE WILL REMEMBER THEM”; there are then four individual plaques below the first, each vertically oriented, which contain the names of the Regiment’s casualties during the war. All surmounted by The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada primary badge.
