Twelve bronze panels with the names of 4,421 First World War fallen who served in The Queen’s Own Rifles or one of its perpetuated units:

• 3rd Battalion, Toronto Regiment, CEF
• 83rd Battalion (Queen’s Own Rifles) CEF
• 95th Battalion CEF
• 166th Battalion QOR CEF
• 198th Overseas Battalion, Canadian Buffs CEF
• 255th Battalion (QOR) CEF

They were unveiled during the Remembrance Day parade in November 2018, the hundred anniversary of the Armistice.
