The Queen's Own Rifles of Canada Regimental Museum and Archive 
Played toy soldiers at the bedside of Gordon McLean gassed in WWI. He told me stories of horses hauling Artillery through deep mud and german shepherds hauling machine guns. He didn’t need to comment on the gas one only needed to hear his laboured breathing. He also spokeof the trenches.
